Museum Piles of Venery
What Jeffrey Epstein Did to Earn $158 Million From Leon Black

Mr. Epstein's mansion on East 71st Street is a designated NYC historic landmark for architectural distinction. Rightly so, it is a magnificent monument to single family luxury across the street from a far larger single family estate, now called the Frick Museum, a tax avoidance operation famously located on The Museum Mile (5th Avenue).
Landmarks like these earn the right to escape full taxation by owners thanks to historic preservation lobbying initiated by Jacqueline Kennedy and others to save Grand Central Station. Now that niche industry has grown into a nice little profit-maker for the historic architecture cartel fronting for real estate moguls idolized by Oath Keepers and Proud Boys in the grandiloquence of Mr. Donald John Trump, who, by a nice little coincidence, is, or was, an intimacy-industry BFF of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and those 1-percenters owning mostly empty love shack penthouses in NYC and offshore.
Praise Our Lord Mammon for the easily reduced low percentage taxes for the hard-up metropolis granted every year by the Department of Finance to all percenters of property forever claiming hardship, dire consequences for the poor, loss of jobs and investors, as they celebrate in steakhouses and 5-star pig-outs kick-down kiss-up capitalism so gorgeously displayed in architectural excess and blessed by amply paid prayers for museum-piles of venery.
